Your only job on your wedding weekend: show up and celebrate with your people. We handle everything, ensuring that our carefully laid plans are executed to the nines. We’re the ring leaders behind-the-scenes keeping the timeline (and your guests) moving throughout the day. And after you have said your goodbyes and been showered in confetti we will direct the clean-up committee, too.
You will receive a personalized, online wedding planning dashboard that allows us to plan together any time and anywhere. The tool allows us to track to dos, manage your budget, organize vendor contacts, keep track of guest RSVPs, and curate inspiration. It’s a modern, cloud-based version of Monica's wedding binder.

Do you offer coordination or partial planning services?
We specialize in full-service planning & design and offer these services exclusively. We are happy to refer you to a better fit planner if you are most interested in partial planning or coordination services
How many weddings do you take on in a year?
I take on only the best fit couples so I can give them a premium planning experience. Within a year, we typically take on 8-12 full service weddings.
Will you work with the vendors we select, or only the ones you recommend?
We do not require you to work with any specific vendors, however, we do encourage couples to trust our professional expertise when it comes to vetting those you’re considering for your wedding day team.
Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?
Absolutely! I believe that love is love and all love deserves to be celebrated.
How will we communicate throughout the process?
Our primary form of communication is through our online planning portal. When it’s appropriate we may transfer to email for larger overview emails. Our main goal is to ensure that all our conversations are clear & trackable so no details are lost in a text thread. When we aren’t on-location with you, our meetings happen via Zoom.
What don’t you do on the day of?
The short answer: another professional’s job. Now don’t get me wrong, we are all about stepping up and leaning in to make your wedding a success, but we also like to ensure we have the space to do our jobs well by partnering with professionals. Most folks giggle when we rattle off the list because of course you’re planning on hiring professionals for these jobs, for example, food service and bussing, A/V and DJ services, and transportation or set-up of items over 50 lbs.
How many team members come with you day-of?
The size of our team will depend on what it takes to make your wedding vision happen. Usually this includes myself plus one to three additional coordinators.
Will you help us coordinate the travel and accommodations for our guests?
We love connecting you with talented travel concierges to provide guest travel and accommodations planning. Their services complement our own and create an incredible overall wedding weekend experience for your guests.
